These Terms & Conditions govern purchases made through https://amaliakauberg.com and the use of digital products supplied by Amalia Kauberg Studio.

2. Digital Products
We sell digital products, including downloadable PDF coloring pages, printable wall art, greeting cards and related files.
Unless expressly stated otherwise on the product page:
- all products are supplied digitally;
- no physical product will be shipped;
- product images showing frames, rooms, paper, stationery or other physical objects are for presentation purposes only;
- customers are responsible for downloading, saving, printing and using the files with suitable software and equipment.
3. Product Information
We aim to describe and display every product accurately. However:
- colours may vary between screens, printers, inks, papers and printing services;
- mockups may not represent the exact printed size;
- minor visual differences do not necessarily mean that a product is defective;
- customers must review the product description, file type, dimensions and intended use before ordering.
If a product has specific software, printing or compatibility requirements, these will be stated on the relevant product page where applicable.
4. Orders and Formation of the Contract
Products displayed on the website are invitations to place an order.
Before submitting an order, you will have an opportunity to review the selected products, price and order information and to correct input errors.
By clicking the final order button, you submit a binding order that includes an obligation to pay.
The purchase contract is concluded when we accept the order and send an order confirmation to the email address provided during checkout.
We may refuse or cancel an order before delivery where:
- payment was not authorised;
- the price or product information contained an obvious error;
- fraud or misuse is reasonably suspected;
- fulfilment is prevented by a technical or legal issue.
If payment has already been collected for a cancelled order, it will be refunded.
5. Prices and Payment
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website at checkout.
The final price will be displayed before the customer submits the order. Any applicable taxes will be calculated and displayed in accordance with the checkout configuration and applicable law.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe or another payment provider shown at checkout. We do not store complete payment-card details.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate billing and payment information.
6. Delivery of Digital Products
Digital products are normally made available after successful payment through:
- a download link displayed on the order-confirmation page;
- a download link sent by email;
- the customer’s account area, where available.
Delivery is considered to have begun when access to the digital content or a functioning download link is provided.
Customers should download and securely save purchased files promptly. Temporary technical problems should be reported to hello@amaliakauberg.com.
7. Immediate Delivery and Right of Withdrawal
Consumers in the European Union generally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract.
For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal may end when:
- the customer expressly agrees that delivery may begin before the expiry of the withdrawal period;
- the customer acknowledges that this causes the loss of the right of withdrawal; and
- delivery or access to the digital content has begun.
Where these conditions have been met, the customer may no longer withdraw solely because they changed their mind after receiving access to the digital product.
This does not affect statutory rights where digital content is defective, incorrectly described or not supplied.

8. Defective or Incorrect Digital Content
If a file is missing, corrupted, inaccessible, materially different from its description or otherwise defective, contact us at hello@amaliakauberg.com.
Please provide your name, order number, purchasing email address and a description of the problem.
Where appropriate, we will provide:
- technical assistance;
- a replacement download link;
- a corrected file;
- the correct product;
- a price reduction or refund where required by applicable law.
Customers must notify us within a reasonable time after discovering a problem.
9. Licence and Permitted Use
Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, each purchase grants the customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal, non-commercial use.
The customer may:
- download and save the purchased files for personal use;
- print copies for their own personal or household use;
- allow children within their household to use printed coloring pages;
- display personally printed wall art in their own home.
A purchase does not transfer copyright, intellectual-property rights or ownership of the artwork or digital files.
10. Prohibited Uses
Without prior written permission, customers must not:
- resell, redistribute, share, gift or transfer digital files;
- upload files to websites, cloud-sharing services, social networks or online marketplaces for others to access;
- use the files to create products for sale;
- use the artwork commercially, including for client work, advertising, branding or print-on-demand products;
- reproduce or distribute files in schools, clubs, businesses, events or other organisations beyond personal household use;
- claim the artwork as their own;
- remove copyright notices or other ownership information;
- modify files for the purpose of resale or redistribution;
- use the products for unlawful, misleading or harmful purposes.

11. Intellectual Property
All artwork, illustrations, designs, text, product images, branding and downloadable files available through the website are owned by or licensed to Oxana Zamkina trading as Amalia Kauberg Studio and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual-property laws.
Unauthorised copying, distribution, resale or commercial use may result in suspension of access and legal action.
12. Customer Accounts
Where customer accounts are available, customers are responsible for:
- providing accurate information;
- maintaining the confidentiality of login details;
- preventing unauthorised access to their account;
- notifying us promptly of suspected misuse.
We may suspend or close an account where there is evidence of fraud, unlawful activity, security risk or material breach of these Terms.
13. Personal Data and Cookies
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The website uses necessary cookies and may use optional analytics or marketing technologies subject to applicable consent requirements.
14. Website Availability
We aim to keep the website and downloads available, but uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed.
We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, security, updates or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If a technical interruption prevents delivery of a purchased product, contact us and we will take reasonable steps to restore access or provide another appropriate remedy.
15. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer rights.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for:
- printing results affected by a customer’s printer, ink, paper, settings or third-party printing service;
- incompatibility that was clearly disclosed in the product description;
- loss caused by unauthorised sharing or misuse of files;
- indirect or unforeseeable losses not caused by our breach;
- temporary interruptions outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for safely storing downloaded files and using products in accordance with the product description and licence.
16. Refunds and Complaints
Refunds, defective files and duplicate purchases are handled in accordance with our Refund and Returns Policy and applicable consumer law.
Complaints may be submitted to hello@amaliakauberg.com.
We will review complaints and respond without undue delay.
17. Alternative Dispute Resolution
Consumers may have the right to seek out-of-court resolution of a consumer dispute through:

18. Governing Law
These Terms and purchase contracts are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
If the customer is a consumer residing in another country, this choice of law does not deprive them of mandatory consumer protections provided by the law of their country of residence.
Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts in accordance with applicable law.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions when our products, procedures or legal obligations change.
The Terms applicable to an order are those made available to the customer at the time the order is placed.
The current version and its effective date will be published on this page.
